I was trying to make a couple of minor changes to Net::DLookup's pod after
logging into pause (in the edit module section). Though the module is listed in
the modules list (at http://www.cpan.org/modules/01modules.index.html), it's not
shown in my edit modules section.

Do both the DBI and the DBD-Oracle modules have to installed on the
server and client?

I want to upload a new module to CPAN. The distribution will be named
Log-Dispatch-Tk.
This distribution will contain 2 classes:
- Log::Dispatch::TkText: a read-only text widget (based on Tk::ROText)
