I'm trying to figure out who the author respondible for Crypt::DES is. This
module is very similar to the one found at www.cryptix.org in their perl
package--except it has some endianness issues. I wanted to let the
author know so he could fix it. As it stands, the Crypt::DES module on
CPAN is
Please do not upload a distribution that supercedes an existing
distribution but has a module with a LOWER version number than the
existing CPAN distribution. It confuses the heck out of CPAN.pm.
Specifically, Template::Plugin::Filter seems to have gone from version
1.04 to 1.03 when Template-T
