userid JOSTEN. I have already uploaded several version of a module, but
the namespace/module seem not to have been registered correctly.
So hereby I'd like to register the namespace XML::XSLT for my module

(which uses again XML::XSLTParser, or should that be XML::XSLT::Parser ?)
