I saw it was still 1.28. Is it on purpose ?
However http://perl.apache.org/download/index.html
shows the version as 1.29

file & the directory had an old file. I don't know why

I want to access an ENV variable from a CGI script. I
was assuming that PerlPassEnv would do the job of
apache's PassEnv - but looks like PerlPassEnv is not
exactly same as PassEnv in behaviour ?
