It looks like these test files are not being created because MakeMaker is
failing. During the
perl Makefile.PL command I'm getting:
Unparsable version '' for prerequisite Apache::Test at
lib/ModPerl/BuildMM.pm line 153.
Apache::Test 1.38 is installed with cpanm, and anyway the mod_perl source
