installing mod_perl.so with OpenSA webserver

I am running the OpenSA beta 2.0.2 webserver (based off of Apache 2.0.44) and ActivePerl 5.8.3 build 809. I'm trying to follow the instructions for installing mod_perl.so at: http://perl.apache.org/docs/2.0/os/win32/install.html#PPM_Packages The only red flag is that the instructions say that m
