I'm getting exactly the same test failures in libapreq2 as reported
by Arshavir Grigorian on 4th Aug 2006, on a different platform
(Solaris v Linux, gcc 3.4 v 4.0), same Apache (2.2.3).
To recap, the failures are all in glue/perl/t/apreq/cookie.t:
t/apreq/cookie...ok 6/13# Failed test 7 in t/
