apache2 replacement for $Apache::Server::Restarting

hi i'm moving into the 2.0 world and have run up against this problem: i can't find a replacment for $Apache::Server::Restarting. should i just install the Apache.pm module? -- \js oblique strategy: remove ambiguities and convert to specifics

hi not trying to start a flame war or anything. i'm just looking for data comparing these 2. my sympathies are completely with mod_perl. but i'd like to have some data too ... -- \js oblique strategy: how would you have done it?
