I am runnng Apache 2.059 and perl 5.8.8 .
I am trying to compile the most recent version of mod_perl 2
however once install, Apache says it cannot find the so even
tough it is there.
Pointers please.

I compiled mod perl 2.0.2 using perl 5.8.8 and upon installation
telnet localhost 80 gives me
Apache/2.0.55 (Unix) DAV/2 mod_ruby/1.2.4 mod_python/3.1.3 Python/2.3.2
