Hello!
I have zero experience with this kind of modem. Still, when my modem is in
power-off state, I won’t be able to use it, unless I do use -r to restart the
modem.
At least with laptops modems…

I am sorry, i had more problems with the udev rule than without. It
doesnt seem to reach full speed now too.
