I don't think I've ever seen an accurate signal strength for scanned
networks :) Either with data cards or phones...

I'm using almost the latest modemmanager from master (commit hash:
0a85254d1765db6e55770d36e24b1e6349e789f4). When starting network scan using
mmcli, the availability field is always "unknown" whereas for qmicli the
"Status" is reported with more details. Please advise if this is desired
