[Mjpeg-users] creating svcd from mpeg2 file

Sorry sorry sorry! Please excuse me, I just remembered that this file was not cleanly transfered so that means the file is broken. I think this is a whole other situation. I tried vcdimager with the second of the set and just worked right. Again please excuse me for bothering you with wrong informa
