Just saw something that struck me as Strange - the average bitrate
reported by mplex was lower than the peak bitrate:
INFO: [mplex] No. Pictures: 1343
INFO: [mplex] No. Groups : 90
INFO: [mplex] No. I Frames: 90 avg. size 44961 bytes
