You're missing the jpeg-devel (or libjpeg-devel) RPM package. Oh, and
don't use relative paths in configure. Use "./configure
--with-jpeg-mmx=`pwd`/../jpeg-
seems that i have a problem installing on suse 8.1 with this libmovtar program
i did
./configure --with-jpeg-mmx=../jpeg-mmx
also all went well but with make ia got a problem .
