Take a captured still (jpeg) and send it to the mirovideo dc10(old)
composite output.
What I've managed to piece together is the following two-part script:
jpeg2yuv -l 1 -n 100 -j /www/htdocs/cam/lastsnap.jpg -f 25 -I p | yuv2lav
