I record DVB-S video with the vdr. The recording shall be watch via
DVD-Player. KiSS DP-500 having an Ethernet port. However the recording
is not MPEG conform. Therefore it has to be demultiplexed and some info
has to be inserted to align audio and video. This is done via
vdrsync.pl. Fin

I try to capture a VHS video, using a professional VCR (Panasonic
AG-7350). However my DC10+ doesn't sync vertically, that means I have a
bar right in the middle of the picture. It doesn't matter whether I use
the composite oder S-VHS input. I can watch the video on my TV using
this VCR
