you maybe could have a look at the jashaka
(http://www.jahshaka.com/)-project. I believe they have encoding that
uses the graphic-card.

and then at yuvcorrect. But I still find it strange that the command
worked without yuvscaler and yuvcorrect (mentionned above)...
