-S mode
Set chroma subsampling mode. (default: 444)
444 - 4:4:4 (no subsampling)
420jpeg - 4:2:0 JPEG/MPEG-1, interstitial cositing
420mpeg2 - 4:2:0 MPEG-2, horizontal cos

I want to use .y4m to make video transitions for theora and mp4. I know that
there are other ways, but I
am experimenting. It seems to me the quality is better, but it could just be
my old eyes.
