That's just it. I have not found a good one for NTSC ANYTHINGx480.

Has anyone there experienced that the text of the menu choices becomes
misaligned with the highlights when the DVD player output is changed to
4:3 and the TV is 16:9?
If so, do you know the solution?

Where is your line for "good"? On my TV, I was happy with
mode "640x480-55"
# D: 25.175 MHz, H: 31.469 kHz, V: 55.403 Hz
