SuSe comes preinstalled with the most current version of mjpeg but it is
missing mpeg2enc from the install. I've searched for RPMs for the x86_64
platform and the ones I find are also missing mpeg2enc.

I just tested your patch. After a few quick tests, it appears that things
are working as advertised (using a DC10+). The WindowsXP MJPEG PICVideo
Codec is once again happy with the full-frame (-d 1) video I'm capturing
with lavrec.
