Constant bit rate does not equate to best quality. Unless you set
the CBR ceiling h
Hi all
I'm trying to make my video clips' database. I want to find the properties
(type, duration etc) for each video clip in order to put them inside the
database. Then I want to generate thumb (eg. after 30sec) grabbing one
frame and export them to jpg file.
