so this morning i did the next try after an update session from our network
stuff ( they did an update out hp 2824 switches to the latest firmware ).
result :
with link0 link1 option
no change ( 50% of the network ok the rest dont )

i did first disable the whole acpi part at the kernel and restart the box.
after reboot the irq rise . and the box feels more performant .
