keepassc-2.7.4 and pcsc-lite-1.9.8 dependency

The packages keepassxc-2.7.4-browser-yubikey and keepassxc-2.7.4-yubikey seem to require pcsc-lite-1.9.8, but somehow pcsc-lite doesn't seem to be registered as a dependency.
