Hi there,
on a 3.9 newly installed box I started DHCPD. The clients do obtain an IP
address but cannot go 'out' to the Internet.
Here are the different conf files:
-
ifconfig:
vr0: flags=8843 mtu 1500
lladdr x:x:x:x:x:x
media: Ethernet autoselect
indeed! Makes indeed sense!
Thank you for your prompt reply

Hi there,
I was trying to start Apache in SSL mode and I did follow the
http://openbsd.org/faq/faq10.html#HTTPS steps. After that I issued "apachectl
startssl" and everything went fine.
Now, when I point to the https:// from my server I get an "unable
to connect error"!
What did I do wrong?

I installed openwebmail from the ports and when trying to launch:
http://your_server/cgi-bin/openwebmail/openwebmail.pl
I get a 500 error. I suppose that this is due to the chrooted apache but how do
I find the dependencies for a perl script?
Thanks

Hi,
when I try to access:
https:///cgi-bin/openwebmail/openwebmail.pl
I get the following:
'/var/www/cgi-bin/openwebmail/openwebmail.pl' must setuid to root
but my current permissions are:
-rwsr-sr-x 1 root wheel 35830 Jun 26 13:05 openwebmail.pl
I thought that the above are correct?

Hi,
the dovecot ports pkg is a bit 'old' but would it make sense to istall this and
then make a second installation from the current source? Does the port package
come with any specific to OBSD conf files or should I go directly with the
source?
Thanks

Hi there,
my question isn't really OBSD related but I would like to ask if the following
scenario can be implemented by using a two NICs OBSD box!
If I get a static IP from my provider, is it possible to 'multiple' this and
create my own static IPs which are accessible via the Internet? If the
but isn't a way to route and translate connections via a existing static IP
address? To have 'internal' IPs acting as static in their own right?
How do ISPs 'create' their own static IPs?
Thanks

Hi there,
I'm interested to buy an ADSL modem PCI card for OpenBSD and Sangoma informed

Any alternatives around?
Thanks
