Hello Misc,
I was playing around with the new vmm in the bsd snapshot of Nov 23 under
VMWare Workstation.
And when enabling it, i forget to enabled "Virtualize Intel VT-x/EPT or
AMD-V/RVI" option in VMWare workstation an i get an uvm_fault:
uvm_fault(0xff007f549f00, 0x60, 0, 1) -> e
kern
Running OpenBSD on a vmware esxi server, whenever i boot the amd64 bsd.mp
version i get stuck with kernel panic.
panic: fp_save ipi didn't
I've tried several things:
- amd64 bsd.mp, without network card(s): boots normal
- amd64 bsd.mp, with tricked network card to flexible (pcn device): same
rs on the board, but the
hardware chosen is in the supported list on the vmware site.

whenever a disk starts timing out and downgrading to PIO-MODE, it's time
to back up your disk and replace it (check your S.M.A.R.T. message too while
booting)
Unless there is a bug ofc in the softwre, but it's doubtfull if it worked
fine for quite some time before.

I had to rename the file dhcpd.conf file, so i guess the line does an OR
comparison instead of an AND comparison, anyone care to enlighten me or did
i actually find a minor bug?
