I have question regarding network/routing. However it is not directly
openbsd related (I can see the same even on windows machines) I decided
to ask here because I know that there are many experienced admins here
and there is wealth of expertise on such things on this list.

Using 7.0-release is there no driver support for Intel 2.5GbE LAN
ethernet? On Z590 motherboard it has Intel 2.5GbE LAN and Intel Wi-Fi 6
AX200 (iwx) and has no way to get an IP due to NIC not detected and wifi
needs firmware. Do I buy gigabit to USB/PCI-E LAN to get network?
