SHA256.sig missing from install55.iso

during installing the march 3 snapshot, the installer reminded me that SHA256.sig is missing from the directory of the sets. the lack of the same file is stopping sysmerge from working. the snapshots directory on the ftp server has it. should it be also in the cd install image? -f -- equal byte

A while back I posted a tech message dealing with a couple of buglets. One got fixed pronto (that's why we test lots of snapshots) and the other got attention from jsg@ and I tried all his suggestions but we had no luck. I nobody else has the prob then it's hard to justify wasting too much tim
