I have 2 openbsd systems (OpenBSD 5.3 (GENERIC.MP) #62: Tue Mar 12 18:21:20
MDT 2013) in active-backup configuration.
During boot of OS, pfsync bulk takes 13 minutes to sync with master server
no matter how many states there are to sync.
