Followup: When running sh -x /etc/netstart, I get the following on the firewall stuck in INIT: + ifmstart trunk svlan vlan carp ifconfig: SIOCAIFADDR: No buffer space available ifconfig: SIOCAIFADDR: No buffer space available The normally backup firewall running /etc/netstart from OpenBSD 5.3
