I've used OpenBSD-RELEASE +patches a long time on my Desktop, and servers of course... Besides the fact that inevitable, after some time a couple of software gets outdated, I feel a lot more secure with my outdated OpenBSD than with any Linux out there on the bleeding edge of software versions. I'
