In my ~/.Xresources, I specify XTerm*locale:ISO8859-2 to get my xterm to display the chars of the Czech language, and in my ~/.xinitrc, I toggle -layout us,cz via setxkbmap to be able to type the Czech chars. (See full ~/.Xresources and ~/.xinitrc at bottom.) My problem is that _sometimes_ I canno
