I have an Acer Aspire One 531h-0Bk featuring 720p screen. Didn't try
webcam and bluetooth, WiMax driver AFAIK doesn't exist yet, but
everything else works as expected. The only point of uncertancy is
WiFi - I have an Intel WiFi Link 5150 which works like charm, but the
default WiFi chip might be so

My advise would be: Pick a netbook you like and test OpenBSD on it.
Just bring a usb stick with OpenBSD on it with you to the store and
