In not that *someone more knowledgeable*..
but me here, I'm actually running my screens without any xorg.conf
and for the fact that Alexis said "Option Rotate settings in
xorg.conf is not working" I would try to make it with just xrandr.
An other trick that Alexis could try before to give it up

Actually I'm not sure why your second card is not detected.
But I was impressed about your 10 screens when then I read about busid
12?? of the second card.. I started to wonder if could be this the
problem (I invite you to mention also also the SECURELEVEL you are running
your station as smell o
