Did you manage to solve this?
I'm also thinking of getting a protectli with NVME on and would like to verify
if there is a problem with this or not.
Alternatively there is the option of SSD.

Not a dev, but the trace seems to be related with the nvme drive (either
hardware or software).
I run a V1410 without any issues installed on the eMMC. Maybe you'll
have better luck on the eMMC?
I believe I've seen reports in the past about protectli and the NVMe in
the past.

The load an the system is not very high. In addition, the CPU
temperature is not particularly high. In conjunction with obsdfreqd, it
fluctuates in the range
