somehow OpenBSD performance is too bad..

My firewall just slowed down after upgrading from 7.2 to 7.3.
When I look at some values on the system I’ve realized there are high
interrupts on it.
Total Interrupts are over 40.000
em1 is over 4000
em2 is over 3000
Clock is nearly 2000
ipi over 30.000
But there are no Ierrs
