Oh and you should install OpenBSD 4.4, which is obviously newer than

You obviously also need to read the excellent documentation that can be
found on http://www.gnupg.org/ ; http://www.rossde.com/PGP/ is also a
good thing to read (I really like its keyservers list).

Hello,
Packages will be available on the release date, that is on November 1st.
I never had enough money to buy official CDROMs (shame on me, I'm poor),
but I think that the port tree (ports.tar.gz) may be on it, so you might
be able to compile the packages you need.

Hello,
You may use tags to separate the traffic comming from the computers of your
users and the traffic comming from you own computer.
Hope this helps,

It's not OpenSSL, but you should look at SILC.
http://www.silcnet.org
SILC Client, SILC Server, and the SILC plugin for IRSSI are in the ports.

Hello.
The answer to your first question is the Ralink chipsets family (see,
for exemple, the recent thread initiated by Vincent GROSS on this list).
For the second question the answer is yes. There is a very good support
of IPSEC in OpenBSD :p.

Hello.
This is not a bug, according to
http://www.openbsd.org/faq/faq7.html#SwitchConsole this is not possible
on OpenBSD/sparc64.

A recent thread (04/04/2007) on this list showed that the ralink
chipsets are well supported by OpenBSD.
I think any wireless card with a ralink chipset will do the job.
See http://openbsd.org/i386.html#hardware ("Wireless Ethernet Adapters")
if you need more information.

I don't actually see what you call a "download manager" but I personnaly
