another slow connection on openbsd 3.4

Hi, I just read the article from http://www.pubbs.net/201005/openbsd/14859-strangely-slow-openbsd-server-connection.html However, my problem was just started since last week. The system was fine and running smoothly for more 5 years! (PF and Squid Cache). All the sudden the internet speed has bee
