Hi,
I just built a new kernel and a new release for 4.7-stable, because of
the patch in the OPENBSD_4_7 tree.
I noticed that the release process builds a new bsd and bsd.mp kernel,
but the bsd.rd ramdisk kernel is identical to the old ramdisk kernel
from when the first release was built on thi
I second that. I've used Red Hat for many years, and the start up
messages have grown so much that it's hard to find useful information
amongst all the clutter. But I always turn off the graphical boot
anyway. On the other end, Solaris never tells you enough.

We are trying to install URLfilterDB on OpenBSD 4.7 but while doing a
./configure we keep getting.
./configure --with-bz2-lib=/usr/local/lib --with-ssl-lib=/usr/lib/

match ... scrub (max-mss ) lines are completely broken in pf.
pfctl accepts them, but then I get all sorts of MTU problems. (Things
like ping working, but not http)
I took the lines out and then everything works fin

(or some other so to say Sun computer, i believe exact model is not
essential in this regard) xscf users from with-in OpenBSD (like under
Solaris madmin does)? At the moment there is v. 4.5 but it could be
replaced with so

I just successfully installed OpenBSD 4.7/amd64 on a Dedibox v3
(cheaparse dedicated server in France, based on Dell XS11-VX8). Having
no screen nor serial console access (despite what their not up-to-date
