HINSTANCE is a pointer, so that's to be expected. Even though the docs
say to cast to int, INT_PTR might be a safer choice here.

I have not needed the EPEL6 branches of the MinGW toolchain for a long
while, and have not had time to maintain it. Therefore, I have removed
myself as admin from those packages, and the EPEL6 branches should be
considered orphaned.
