boost-devel does but it's on the wrong "sysroot".

fails with
/usr/bin/mingw64-cmake: line 91: fg: no job control
Any idea what can be causing it?
Last time the problem was a missing dependency it seems? [1]
But i have cmake installed so if it's a missing depend
