We did this with IPSec on MT. The subnets of each location must be
different so the routing policy in the Tik knows what to do with the
packets. If you are talking being able to run broadcast traffic across them
then EoIP is the only answer I know of.

I don't know if it is the right way to do it, but I mark all traffic to and
from my VoIP server's subnet and then throw that into the highest priority
tree queue. I should really get Dennis to take a look at it and make sure I
am doing it right. I think I got that from some MT wiki or something.
