I made a mistake, I can not specify what is the problem.
I found old package with mesa-git_2012.05.07 and copied only r600_dri.so, and
the FPS has doubled, but if i build snapshot Mesa-git_

The problem in x-server 1.13 or xf86-video-ati + new xserver video abi and
related dri|gl2proto headers.

Can you narrow down what component (mesa, kernel, ddx) is causing the problem?

I made 7 builds of mesa with various git reset commits from 07.05 to 07.21,
and nothing changes. Looks like the problem in other place.
