I'd like to announce the availability of 19.2.0 final. It's taken a little
longer than we'd normally hope for, but we're here now. Things are looking
pretty good overall, and we've seen a nice slow down in the number of fixes
coming in, which I like.

I'm pleased to announce that mesa 19.2.0-rc3 is now available.
This wasn't nearly as busy as the last rc, which is expected as it's only one
week of work. There's a little but of everything in this release, but nir
dominates the changes.
We've seen a fair number of bugs on the release

The first release candidate for Mesa 19.2.0 is now available.
The plan is to have one release candidate every Tuesday, until the
anticipated final release on 10th September 2019.
The expectation is that the 19.1 branch will remain alive with bi-weekly
releases until the 19.2.1 release.
