increasingly difficult to produce a printed copy of the record upon discharge.

Yes it is true Berkshire Medical Center is in Pittsfield Massachusetts, (home
state to Meditech) and while we are awaiting legislation that will allow us to
maintain an electronic record we are "stuck" with the way it is.
Is anyone using any other solution?

With our more acute patients we are having a problem with documenting I&Os and
IV Intake on the IV Spreadsheet. We currently document I&O hourly on all of our

it easy to follow what dose the patient is on and when the labs need to be
