Yes it is true Berkshire Medical Center is in Pittsfield Massachusetts, (home state to Meditech) and while we are awaiting legislation that will allow us to maintain an electronic record we are "stuck" with the way it is. Is anyone using any other solution? Thanks again, Danielle J. Peppard RN

We are a C/S 5.5 SR 2 site that is in the process of implementing eMAR. On the paper MAR, users currently write when the peak and troughs are due. This makes it easy to follow what dose the patient is on and when the labs need to be drawn. How are sites who are currently documenting on the eMAR

We are firmly entrenched in eMAR maddness here and are trying to look at medication process/workflow. Recently we had a custom moved in that would restrict all unverified meds from going to the eMAR to prevent nursing from administering medications that have not been reviewed by a pharmacist. We
