We incorporated the time out queries into a CDS. The circulator
verifies time out, site and patient. Our policy states the circulator
must do the time out after the surgeon is in the room. When chart
reviews are completed, the procedure start and time out time are
verified to ensure p
Did Meditech provide you with a resolution to this problem? Are they
aware of what caused the change?

We are a magic 5.5 facility and use Meditech OR Management. What are
you looking for in regard to PACU and Anesthesia? We use the charge
rules to capture Anesthesia charges and there is a tab for documentation
