1. Having PACS with no administrator is like having a fileroom with no file
clerk, no environmental services, no maintenance, no security, and no other
staff who can tell you little more than where it is.
2. There are many large scale surveys that indicate the reporting role is
split pretty evenly.
There is a book with a CD from OTech just for this purpose. We bought it but
have not yet had a chance to implement it due to several other
implementations of equipment (most of which will end up needing a PACS
policy). I found it through auntminnie.com's bookstore.

I found the following on Meditech's site and tried to implement this
attribute to a CDS and it doesn't work. It passes the error check fine but
when the CDS runs it gives an error, "No Note Category for this user", even
though the user is me and I do have access to enter NUR notes of a category:

We have UDF requisitions and labels and it works well for us. There were
issues with the standard types that just couldn't be resolved otherwise.
