The meditech-l web site is MTUsers.com
r med list (meds drop off that have the "r" as
a status). Also, it seems that even if an order is reviewed,
the "r" may return as a background job even if no pharmacy
activity has been performed on that med.
We only have the pharmacists do order entry at our facility.

Meditech, a form
is generated that becomes the physician order that is faxed to pharmacy.
We also use Meditech to generate a discharge to home/long term care
form. The physician then just checks off what is to continue, and there
is room to write in additional meds.
