We use it for tracking all of our IT equipment. We also use the work orders
to track our tasks. We've done this since 2000 and it has worked well for
us.

In C/S there currently is no way to do this except manually documenting on
the correct account. There have been multiple MIX requests submitted about
this issue, and the last I read MT is actively investigating this as a
possible future enhancement.
