We had a lot of problems with this with our compounded IV's. If the
additive was loaded in Pyxis, it would not print on the refill list, but
it would charge the patient as if it did. I finally had to make
duplicate drug dictionary entries - one that is an additive that is not
loaded in Pyxis and
