We have DR as our pacs vendor and we are set up to send via an interface the
link for each exam to be viewed with report in PCI. We launch a new window
to view both the images and any other scanned documents attached.

to set up an internal program that will call up the images in a Web browser
when user select one of the links created by the Status interf
Do you want to link to the order that has an image associated to it, or
acutally have a data source that launches PCI? If you want a data
source that launches directly to PCI, that would be a custom.

We are using Interface People's Assist product to link to the AMICAS Image
Viewer from PCI, as well from other modules in Meditech. In the process of
testing, with a 9/5 implementation date, but things are looking great so
far!
